Luxury Commuting

Perhaps we have been going about trying to reduce traffic congestion all wrong by simply trying to make public transportation cheaper. Perhaps, instead, a premium commuting experience that is part super-Uber and part cafe on wheels like San Francisco start-up Leap Transit is offering in the Bay Area would more effectively coax outer loop and suburban commuters into taking advantage of not having to drive and of reduced commuting times in HOV lanes while enjoying a luxury bus and its amenities to and from work.

It might be worth a shot at inviting Leap to expand their operations to Houston - or, better yet, encouraging an entrepreneurial Houstonian to get a competitor up and running to service the Greater Houston area.
